Create a customer account

To place an order, you can create a customer account by clicking on "Login customers" in the menu bar at the top right. On the login page you will find a link to the registration form. After you have entered your data, click on "Register" and your customer account will be created. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

If you do not wish to register, you can also place an order as a guest without an account.

· Products can be easily reordered

· Automatically receive vitality points for every online order and benefit from other advantages of our loyalty programme

How to redeem vitality points

If you have created a customer account, you automatically benefit from our loyalty program. With every purchase and other actions, you earn vitality points that can be redeemed as a discount in the checkout of your next order. This is only possible if you are logged into your customer account. Vitality points are registered in your customer account.

How to change your personal details in a customer account

If you wish to change your personal details in the customer account, please contact our customer service team. They will make the required changes.

How to reset your password

If you have forgotten your password, enter your e-mail address under "Login customers" and click on "Forgotten password". You will then receive an e-mail from us to reset your password.

If you have forgotten your registered e-mail address, please contact us by phone or e-mail. We will help you with your request.
