Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do we deliver to?

Our delivery destinations are:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia and Switzerland.

Delivery to Switzerland or Liechtenstein requires an order in the Swiss webshop. You can select the Swiss flag at the top of the menu bar to access the Swiss webshop.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are EUR 7 for orders up to a net order value of EUR 100. Orders with a net order value of EUR 100 or more will be shipped free of charge.

Shipping service and parcel tracking

Your order will be delivered by DHL. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a track & trace link.

You have the option of controlling your delivery via this DHL link:
- Enter your desired delivery address
- Select delivery day (Germany)
- Select a storage location (e.g. garage, shed)
- Deposit the parcel in a DHL parcel shop (you will receive an e-mail as soon as the parcel is ready for collection. The collection period is 7 days, after which the parcel will be automatically returned. We will charge the delivery fee for a second delivery attempt).

Delivery times

Orders received before 3pm will be shipped the same day, except for weekends and public holidays, these will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery in Europe is generally within 2 - 5 working days, to Switzerland approximately 4 - 6 working days (no customs duties apply).

Order not received

If you have not received your order, but according to DHL Track & Trace (parcel tracking) the package has been delivered, it is possible that your package has been left with a neighbour. Please check whether you have received a DHL message in your letterbox and/or email inbox. If your package remains missing, please contact us on 0031 365 39 71 97.

In case of a written drop-off permit, liability lies with the recipient.

Incorrect delivery

Of course, our parcels are packed with the utmost care, but mistakes can still happen. If your delivery is not complete or contains wrong or damaged goods, please contact us on 0031 365 39 7197.


We attach great importance to packaging that is as environmentally friendly and sustainable as possible:

Your order is packed in recyclable cardboard and sealed with paper tape.

The filling material as well as the padded shipping bags (Jiffy bags) are made of FSC® paper. FSC® is an international certification system for more sustainable and responsible forest management.

The tablets and capsules are packaged in HDPE (hard polyethylene) jars. HDPE consists only of hydrogen and carbon, can be recycled and has a good eco-balance. The jars are therefore free of harmful additives such as aluminium or plasticisers (BPA etc.).
