Selected plants such as lime blossom, chamomile blossom and passion flower contain valuable secondary plant metabolites and essential oils that have relaxing effects and support healthy sleep. In addition, lime blossom and chamomile blossom strengthen the immune system.
The roots of yellow gentian are rich in essential oils and bitter substances that stimulate digestion. Phyto Relax also contains devil's claw and dandelion, which, like lime blossom and chamomile blossom, help to support healthy digestion.
